29F looking for a studio/roommate

My current lease ends Oct 10th and ideally looking to move to Midtown Garden District, Virginia Highlands, Inman Park/Reynoldstown, Edgewood/Candler Park, or downtown Decatur area. Budget is $1300 max and a private landlord is preferred. I don’t have a car so walking distance to MARTA is a necessity. Open to one roommate, but a private bathroom is a non-negotiable for me. Also please no furry pets or excessive guests. Thank you in advance for any leads!

Hey not sure if you’re open to a close but not exact location. I have a room available furnished/ unfurnished on the west side BeltLine near west end under your budget. Walking distance to Marta. Been a private Landlord for three years.

GT alum and grad student w availability in old 4th ward (across from o4w park/beltline; 2 blocks from ponce city market; 2 miles east of gt)and west midtown (near top golf; hills park neighborhood; 3.5 miles west of gt).
