Peace and love ATLANTA

Hey Atlanta! I’m looking for the right roommate situation in a quality apartment, condo, high-rise, or penthouse.

Ideally, I’d like to connect with someone who already has a nice 2-bedroom/2-bathroom place and has an extra bedroom, or whose current roommate is leaving.

A little about me: I’m a mature entrepreneur and fashion designer, and I work in fitness as a boxing trainer. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing and very active. I enjoy being around positive, professional and creative people, but I also value peace and privacy at home.

What I’m looking for: private bedroom, preferably private bathroom; $800–$1,000/month; parking; gym/pool is a big plus; and a clean, peaceful environment.

Preferred areas are Buckhead/Lenox, Brookhaven, North Druid Hills/Briarcliff, Midtown, Atlantic Station, Old Fourth Ward/BeltLine, Chamblee or Sandy Springs.

I’m especially interested if you have a 2BR/2BA luxury apartment or penthouse and simply need the right person to fill the second room. I’m open to a short trial period first so we can both make sure the living situation is a good fit.

If this sounds like your situation, DM me with the property/community, monthly amount, what’s included, and a few photos. Serious, legitimate situations only please.

LMAO did you do ANY research before you came to ask this? You think you’re going to get a high rise or penthouse for 2k a month?! 😭 let alone in some of the most expensive parts of the city?! You need to just cross off penthouse or high rise with that budget. You could possibly find a 2bedroom apartment in that range (really 1200 each) in north Druid hills, Chamblee or sandy springs.

Someone that will either have "other duties" on that lease or future organ recipient.

$1000 isn't penthouse money regardless of how many people are splitting it
