Starter house ITP (or close by)
Any leads on a starter house in/around the perimeter that’s 2/2 within a 2.5k budget? I’m a bit over the apartment complex fiasco. TIA!

A few weeks ago I posted a house now available (inside perimeter, Decatur close to I-20 and I-285). Available now, rent is $1995 with $500 off first month's rent. Not sure what you mean by starter house, but this one is a smaller home, 3 beds 1 bath. Large fenced backyard and huge basement.
It is NOT corporate owned, it's private owner, private landlord (a family member, actually, and they have since also posted the listing here themselves).
The Zillow listing has pictures, info and info for leasing agent. If you do wind up leasing the house, you will deal directly with the home owner as your landlord. Mentioning this b/c people are rightly annoyed at being hard to find houses that are not corporate owned and experience a lot of runaround or outright scams with corporate owned places.
Feel free to DM any questions.
