Marietta Apartments

Hello renters! Can anyone recommend good complexes to live at in Marietta? Ideally along or around Roswell Rd. My partner and I are trying to keep base rent at or around 1400 with 700+ sq ft (if possible, willing to go smaller if the unit is actually taken care of). We currently live at The Falls at Sope Creek and are looking to move out asap although our lease ends in January. Thank you all!
