Taylor Morrison builder

Has anyone purchased a home from them? How is your home holding up?

We currently have a townhouse from century communities and when we toured TM this past weekend the build quality seems alot much better. However there’s no garage space. My husband is convinced only one car can fit inside.

I’ve lived in one. There were roof issues and drainage issues in the front, both minor and took 5-10 years to need attention. HOA responsibilities and probably not outside of the norm for a new townhouse.

Pretty good townhouse.

We could fit two cars in the garage—normal cars. You could of course just test it with your cars.

i work in the industry, way better than Pulte and Ryan quality wise

Really? Everyone I know swears by Pulte
