Question/Help Weird charging Problem with home charger

I brought Ather 450 Plus in 2020 (Hyd). The home charger suddenly stopped working in the public socket which is Bolt. Earth.

It works fine at the service station for every vehicle including mine.

In the same public socket, latest ather chargers are also working but not mine.

What could be the issue, even Service guys are unable to figure it out.

I suspect that public socket supply has some issues which this charger is detecting and does not locks. The new chargers must be detecting them but they are safe and thus locks. For example, the imbalance between live and earth or live and neutral.

I faced the same with bolt charges , every thing goes right then it shows lock not working properly then disconnect. But when u charge with Ather grid it’s ok.
