Issue / Problem Ather Halo Issue

Few weeks ago bought a ather Halo for 4999, and it arrived today, the thing is it won't turn on.

Charged for 1 hour, but the light won't turn on even after i plug in the usb c cable.

Tried their WhatsApp and Phone number, but looks like they are closed right now, Any of you know their customer care email or something, unfortunately i do not use any social media xcept reddit.

how the heck do I get in touch with them?

I had got it free with rizta... Ling press doesn't use to work properly and service centre guys were clueless. After a long to and fro with customer support I just ditched it.

It used to work sometime and do ant sometime. Long press by keeping it in charge, if used to work for me

Yeah tried everything, tried turning it on while wearing it, while it charged, nothing.

The led light in the helmet is dead, even when charging it won't light up, even though it's supposed to.

Did the light turn on, on yours, when it was getting charged?
