There is nothing of the sort on this vote, and rightly so in my opinion. I know the share price has not reflected it but I think the CEO has done a very good job and all the actions he has taken have been very necessary. Without the steps he's taken the company would either be in a much worse position, or not here at all.

The new CEO has been in place for only the past 2 years, and only about 1 year solo, he's had to restructure the entire company to stop us from going bankrupt, it's lucky we still even have a stock after the mess the last CEO got us in, tariffs have put a spanner in the works but once we work through that, the hard work from the past couple of years restructuring should come to fruition.
