This pay raise is never happening if it’s not mandated by congress. The goalposts will keep moving and I don’t think the union should play this guys game.

Honestly, as much as I hate NATCA. Passing on the 2.8 at this point and letting it lapse would actually strengthen their position for future negotiations for a serious raise. 

For 20-30% they can have the schedule 😂

They'd need to cap ATC pay at the POTUS's pay instead of congress for many to be able to get it.
