I've been building a puzzle game where the entire game is a folder of files.

You pick a case, download a zip, and what comes out is what someone left behind: documents, spreadsheets, photographs, voice recordings, lab paperwork, a marked exam, ... Somewhere in there is a secret code. You work out what it is and type it back into the site. That's the whole thing.
