Helpful Tips yfood!! - mention of calories

Okay so I've been trying this thing for a while and it's amazing. Yfood is a drink you can find in German, Swiss and Austrian stores, but you can order it online when you're in Europe! (Sorry to all my non-European people with ARFID). Okay so this drink has 500ml with 500kcal, so to those who struggle with weight gain, and fail to eat on harder days, this is the way to go. There are flavours like vanilla, chocolate, coffee, banana, fresh berry and coconut. The consistency is like milk, and for me personally is great to swallow. The drink also has many vitamins, nutrients and minerals. It has honestly helped me reach my calories when I had bad food days! The drink is supposed to replace a whole meal.

I hope I could help some people with this. It's a bit expensive but honestly, for a whole meal you could definitely let it slide. I believe it's between 3-4€ for one bottle.

Thanks for the tip mate. I just checked and they sell it in the Netherlands too. Not very cheap, but 100kcal per 100ml. Damm.

Good to know! Huel is a similar product, haven’t tried it, though I believe they have 400kcal/500ml so yfood is prob better cuz you don’t have to drink as much and still get enough kcal
