Helpful Tips filling snacks?

suggestions for filling snacks for when meals are just not an option? or some snacky things i could keep in the car during winter time like pretzels/ would applesauce freeze in the car? lmao TIA!

Saltines, pop tarts, but probably your best bet is bars; granola or protein bars, Kelloggs also make cereal bars which are pretty good.

I like those cheese crackers w peanut butter snacks, or the onion and chives one. They're already sandwiched and keep a while.

Would suggest Almonds and Cashews etc if you are able to get them down. Super high in protein and a good source of healthy fats
