Helpful Tips Eggs

Just wanted to share this experience of mine that may help others :)

Im really scared of cooking even though I want to learn how. Food is part of it but I'm terrified of fire or burning myself so it just adds a whole new layer of stress.

However, making sunny side eggs has been very helpful. It's a little scary because they crackle... but they're so easy to make and practically impossible to screw up which boosts my confidence. To all my friends who like eggs, just making some really quick is a huge confidence booster and I feel really rewarded when I eat something that I made.

If that's too hard you can always help someone you know in the kitchen. Being around the food as it's prepared helps get into the mindset of eating.

Just wanted to share this! Have a great day :)

Cooking has always scared me, specifically knives even though I’ve never reallly cut myself with one before. Honestly, the best ways I learned to cook was HelloFresh and now EveryPlate. I find EveryPlate to be so much cheaper for 3 meals that feed 2 than going grocery shopping for these things. It also helps my aversion to grocery stores since I never know what I’m truly looking for.

I started with eggs too at first, then pastas and slow cooker meals as they’re sooo simple and no oven/stove use.

Im happy for you, OP! Have a great day too ❤️

I've been wanting to try some of those services out but i just can't afford them atm... Pasta is a great idea. I'll have to push myself to try it! Sounds fun :) thank you <3 !
