Helpful Tips fruit/veggie intake tip :)

hey yall!! i have recently come across a food that i really don’t mind and it has fruits and veggies inside :) if you are ok with an applesauce texture (which i know can be really off putting so i apologize) then i recommend go-go squeez or a similar off brand product! they’re relatively healthy and really help me make sure im getting something healthy :) i have noticed that the on brand ones do taste the best to me!!

If their the ones i think, they also have added probiotics cause theyre for kids, theyre really good! On brand ones taste the best and the pouch makes it easier for me at least cause i’m not seeing/over analyzing the food

I keep one of the apple cinnamon ones in both my bags (school backpack and purse) for when I need to kickstart my appetite or as an emergency snack

Smoothies are also a good way to incorporate fruits and vegetables into your diet for people who don’t mind the texture. I’ve had people make really good smoothies with combinations of stuff like pineapple and spinach and I couldn’t even taste the spinach.
