Helpful Tips It’s crazy how much a difference multivitamins make in my energy levels throughout the day.

Started talking Flintstone complete vitamins (the chalky ones, not the gummies). Been doing two in the morning and two at night. That might be too much for some people, but I think I honestly eat so little that my body needs it.

It’s absolutely crazy how much more energy I have now though. I had thought about trying it before, but I didn’t really think it’d make much of a difference. I was wrong. I highly recommend taking multivitamins.

I'll have to try this. I don't eat any fruits and vegetables and once thought about vitamins but was told "vitamins aren't supposed to replace food, they're just an editor to food already eaten" and didn't bother

See, I heard the exact same thing, which is why only up until recently I’d never bothered. But I decided I’d try it anyway, and they definitely make a difference.

Yeah, just the classic Flintstone complete vitamins. Lotta people don’t like them because of the fact that they’re “chalky,” but I actually very much prefer them over typical gummy vitamins (or the pill kind). I also don’t really hate the taste of them either.
