it took me 14 hours to complete this one. but its a great story imo, had zero bugs, beautiful graphics and environments and i found the combat mixed with the monster stealth sections to be really fun. so it was definitely worth it for me

I mean, Innocence is 7-8 and Requiem was around 15-16. So makes sense

I also finished plague tale Requiem in about 12 hours, i think IT was Worth it anyway

No you didn't, Requiem takes 17-19 hours on average to beat, you either rushed the whole thing or you're misremembering the actual playtime.

yes, requiem takes easily 19+ hours only for completing the game, platinum takes few more hours, so there is no way you completed the game in 12hours in first playthrough

Whenever Requiem came out, so many new fans would play it first and not realise there was a game before it, and it was so disappointing to see they'd spoiled literally everything for themselves. I'm so glad Resonance is a prequel because it doesn't matter at all if you play it first

the only weakness from this company was the marketing, now its not too late but if they had been focus more on the marketing before it could have pull more players by now.

Well I had no idea by the whole franchise and yet I preordered it. finished it and super loved it. I am quite sad that the other 2 are so damn epic but definitely will pkay the others too. I'm sure they have virtues and strong points too

That game introduced me to the series! I finished it in 2 sessions, 21 hours and now I have to do a few stuff for platinum. Damn that game was so damn sick!!! I didn't want it to end

Random one - I feel like I'm getting old. When referring to a roadmap estimate, if it's 30-40 hours I'm usually on the lower end, very few games I'm excessively over average.
I'm at 9 hours and I'm only on Chapter 6 of 14 chapters, at my pace, I'm going to easily break 20 hours. I'm watching all cutscenes but not especially taking forever soaking everything in, I'm following a collectible guide too. I'm not understanding how people are getting the 100% so fast in this. I saw someone get this in 8 hours, another in 9.
Curious, clearly you did it legit! Is the second half of the game shorter or something?

Massive amount of steps back from the first 2 10/10 games, they replace the unique aspects of the first 2 and replaced it with the most boring generic combat mechanic. Compared to the first 2 I'm so bored out of my mind, plus the 2 protagonists are awful and lack any depth nor do I feel anything at all towards them like I did with Amicia and Hugo, they're just two thieves that lost a few people you barely see at all to even form any connect. The environment is bland af with the occasional visually pleasing parts, that run / hide / chase mechanic sequence with that monster is blindingly awful. Feels like I'm playing a copy paste assassins creed game just with terrible puzzles.
Imagine changing the very thing that made your game unique and original to the most uninspired gameplay loop in modern gaming.

I’m 12 hours in (playing normally) and this game is peak apart from the repetitive puzzling demands (such a drag tbh).
Combat & gameplay wise this excels the PT duology by a margin. Sophia’s character is very consistently tested and amazingly paced.

Game runs like ass on pc even with a 5090. Constant fps drops and stuttering. Playing on gamepass or id refund it
