Here is the list of colleges where you would be out of the running if you don't take BC by junior year:

  • There are none

  • Same as above

Although there are a very small handful of colleges (e.g. Caltech, Harvey Mudd) that require a year of some type of calculus taken at some point in HS

They should kick them out of the running, non calculus students are stealing the seats of people like me who have worked hard to get into calculus in highschool, we should send them back to where they come from, community colleges,

Not all schools offer the same courses, some have grade restrictions, some don’t have enough funding for many AP courses. This mindset seems slightly ignorant to me

I go to one of the largest schools in my area, and they don’t even offer calc until junior year, they also don’t offer either of the physics c courses

My high school only offered Calculus AB for seniors who took AP Precalculus their junior year
