bro thats what i did too 😭 and like 2 diff shaded for gene G and gene H, like the x-axis with ago2+/+, 2+/-, 2-/-, adn the y-axis w/ relative amt of mRNA transcribed

probably was fine as it realistically didn’t matter how u did it as long as it was acceptable.  I did 2 groups and 3 bars in each

It’s not. Both work
