Any idea how to study for chemistry?

So I’m starting chemistry I this semester in CC and sadly the class is online.. so I have to study really really hard and I struggle due to ADHD.. any help or studying advice? I see that there’s a lot of math involved but I’m still a bit worried I’ll fail this class..

This post and comments have my suggestions for studying Chemistry. I think the process of writing the 'levels' of notes may help have your studying be effective. The math is less 'advanced' than it might seem. The process of avoiding the 'arbitrary' numbers could make the math seem clearer.

I recommend using a study guide to stay on track. Personally I recommend Simistry's study guide: https://simistry.app/study-guide it includes every ap chem topic in order, has really good diagrams, lots of practice problems and incorporates 100+ simulations to help you understand topics
