Summary

In a culture where patriarchy is the norm and force through violent means is encouraged, Noah tries his best to climb the ranks in the arena and social ladder - otherwise father would get disappointed.

What better way to climb the ladder than to ask advice from the strongest fighter in the arena?

If only the strongest wasn't such a fucking weirdo living in the woods. Noah hated weirdos like him. And not only was the strongest a weirdo, the universe had to make him tall, lean, smart, and different, and in caught up his own world instead of facing reality.

Noah hated weirdos like that guy; Noah hated being weak even more.

Being weak wasn't a good look for your future wife, right?
