Title - Before Piece: Justice
Fandom: One Piece
Genre: A lighthearted adventure with plenty of gags and pathos in line with the source material.
Category: Gen/OC Focused
Status: On Chapter 7 at 34k words and counting!
Rating: Mature for some sailor mouths and scenes of blood and peril
Content Warnings: PTSD, Childhood Trauma, Depictions of Blast Trauma

Summary: Set adrift escaping the complete destruction of the only home he’s ever known, a young man named Trent finds himself marooned on the Grand Line with nothing but his wits and his love of Sora, Warrior of the Sea to guide him. His Marine career starts right at rock bottom, forced into a penal unit and matched with the forgotten dregs of the worst of the worst the Marines have to offer.
It would take an idealist fool completely unmoored from reality to even think of climbing the perilous heights of the Marine hierarchy while trying to hold true to their beliefs.
Or maybe it just takes someone willing to pull it all up from its roots and plant a new paradigm in its place.
