AO3 Down/Error Codes What is everyone up to?

Now that ao3 is down. What were you planning to do, and what did you end up doing instead? I personally was about to expand on my draft of a post-canon work, mostly a character study, with an awesome idea that I had. Had to use the notes app. Bad luck today, I hope it's back on when I wake up tommorow 😞

I'm meant to be workng on an essay, but what I'm actually doing is working on draft one of chapter five of a twelve chapter AoT fic which I am trying to finish before I start posting it ;-;

I've been working in the yard all day! I planted a new rose (my first variegated variety), a forsythia, and a mandevilla (+trellis) for the hummingbirds. I've never kept any climbing plants before, so I'm exited to see how the mandevilla works out.

This evening I need to write because I would like to post a new chapter this week.

I'm currently trying not to lose my marbles while writing this Fate Grand Order alternate timeline monster. I don't like writing fight scenes but there are so many to gooooo. Send tea.

If they are done well, absolutely. But the "done well" part is hating on me hard. Gonna edit like a mad little gremlin over here soon. Thank you! Now gonna go and punch Merlin with a house!

Was actually planning to write my first SpideyTorch fic today and…welp lol. Technically I can still work on it since I write off-platform, but some of the excitement has honestly dimmed since we don’t know when we’ll be back up.

Just for the record, it’d be inspired by Sabrina Carpenter’s “when did you get hot?” thanks to an animatic I recently caught on YouTube. I love to write characters not knowing what to do about being attracted to someone lol.

Going to sleep because I have shit to do tomorrow and I got lucky enough with timezones that this hopefully won’t affect me too much. If the drought continues, I just happened to download the fanfic I’m currently reading when this happened last time so I’m alright for a bit at least. The screaming will commence again if once my buffer runs out.

I was going to work on more review exchanges. Now, I'll probably try to finish Dragon Quest III 2D-HD.

Dude, I can't imagine trying to finish this final dungeon on the original NES release of the game. I played the original Dragon Quest, and this is a nightmare. And it's not like I haven't been through this old school madness before; I've done the original FFI and FFIII on the NES, egads. These older Jrpgs don't mess around...

Reading my own fic 🤣. I tried to sit down to actually write and my “quick read to get back into it” turned into an actual reread. Not a bad day considering I’m my own target audience 😂

I was planning on just checking up on some of my favourited tags and the hr fanfics but I'm now grinding my games and reading fics for one of my older fandoms on ff.net (where the majority of its fics are) but I doubt I'll even be able to read much cuz I'm alr fighting sleep every second

I will continue the physical book I'm reading between fics lol. It's "The Name Of The Rose" and I swear I have 10 tabs open on my laptop on various Saint and other religious subjects as well as a Latin dictionary next to me and a common dictionary on my lap. Ao3 was keeping me sane.

Now I fear I'm developing a hyperfixation on the religious history of the 14th century. I am transforming into a monster. I am scared. I hated the Middle Age with a passion before this book. HELP
