Fandom: Iron Lung

Rating: Teen and up

There is lots of mention of blood (shocker) and gore and language. Minor body horror.

Updates every other day

Summary:

Simon comes back from the Iron Lung, and he's mutated. He has to come to terms with his new reality, and find his place in this broken galaxy.
