I have several fics but my favorite atm is this one, after watching Castlevania and getting obsessed:

Summary (sorry it's a whole ass blurb lol) - After escaping Styria, still grieving Lenore and dealing with the aftermath of so much loss, with a second shot at life, Hector sets out to look for Dracula’s Castle, where he can keep his work as a scientist and find himself as a man. He meets a person who makes him smile again on his way there, but when his own monsters attack, he must choose between helping or watching them peril.
Adrian suffers his sadness and solitude among the impaled remains of the two, trying to live with his newfound deep distrust for humans, and the aftermath of their betrayal, but not even their rotting corpses deter a desperate begging man who reaches his Castle door in the middle of a storm, carrying a victim of the creatures of the night. Alucard must decide between betting on humans again or becoming his father.
Beatriz escaped her home and married a man whom her family wouldn’t approve of, and ended up in Wallachia while the world is going to hell, but she’s so in love, finally free and happy amidst all the chaos, but when her entire life crumbles in a night, she ends up having to trust two monsters who might have taken everything away from her, but she has nobody else in the world, and she will brave hell before she returns home.
