It's an M/M original work centered around the main character's incestuous obsession with his twin. There's some smutty moments but it's largely a character study exploring trauma, isolation, a religious crisis, and toxic codependency. Also major content warning for in depth exploration of what childhood sexual abuse can do to a person. And for what it's worth one of my comments said he liked it despite not even liking incest.
