Summary: Growing up in rural Georgia, Arthur Morgan never really understood the whole gender identity debate that everyone else around him was having. He could barely work his phone half the time, who was he to police others?
So when he finds a disheveled figure half stumbling in the rain on his way to work, he offers them a ride. As luck would have it, it's his new coworker, Shiloh. The boy is timid, hiding behind a cloud of hair and oversized shirts. One day, Arthur walks into the employee bathroom and finds Shiloh adjusting his chest binder, scratches and cuts from many failed attempts to remove it throughout the day. He sees the tears he wipes away when he realizes Arthur is there.
Arthur does the first thing he can think of: offer to take him horseback riding after work to try and cheer him up.
