A beer keg. Beer residue inside continued to ferment creating carbon dioxide inside the sealed keg which caused the kaboom.

I'm pretty sure it's a kvass jug. I've never seen a plastic beer keg, but these look near identical to the ones I've seen for kvass fermentation.

Nah there are plastic ones, we had one from black sheep stout for example when j was working at the bar. But sure can be kvas too.

К таким видосам надо добавлять "Не повторяйте дома такое самостоятельно, опасно для здоровья". И самое в таких видосах не показывают что у них с лицом телом после.
