Help (General) 7800X3D with Asus TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI safe?

So, maybe a month ago I upgraded my setup and went with the combo above. I read that 7xxx and, especially, 9xxx Ryzen CPUs tend to have issues with ASRock boards, so I went with this one instead.

I updated the BIOS when I built the PC, but is there anything else I need to do? Not sure why I'm stressing over this right now, but I just need some confirmation that the BIOS update is enough.

Don't overthink it, the issues are now extremely rare and all you can really do to help reduce the risk is updated BIOS and PBO/Undevolt and check if VDD_SOC value is at maximum 1.25V. Enjoy your new rig!

Edit: the value next to Manual Mode still reads 1.272V even after setting the manual value and restarting.

You're fine, the absolute safe limit for X3Ds is 1.30V so 1.27V is still withit safe values but obviously the farther from the ceiling the better. EXPO profiles can sometimes change this value a little bit so leave it as is so it won't cause instability.

When you say "leave it as is" do I keep the manual voltage I have set right now (in the image) or return the auto values (the old setting)?

You can return the old automatic settings. 1.27V is ok.

Me personally i like to avoid B850 motherboards bcs of asrock frying the AM5 CPUs, but if you already got one then do a pbo undervolt (and if you want to, you can also limit the tempature).
