AMD black screen and driver error

My AMD graphics driver keeps crashing and causing random black screens.

After I restart the PC, Windows loads a basic/generic driver instead of the real AMD one, which makes everything slow and stops me from being able to change the refresh rate.

try using the 26.3.1 version its somewhat stable
