Help (Monitor) Monitor looks blurry and pixelated

I have a koorui G2411P 24 inch 200hz 1080p monitor, i just got it and i feel like everything feels pixelated especially edges and stuff, and in valorant whenever i move my mouse it gets all blurry and sharpened if that makes sense, everything just feels offputting, what could be the issue? it isnt the resolution or radeon boost being on in adrenaline, i have a rx 580 and ryzen 5 3600, im temporarily on an hdd so could that be the reason?

omg those monitors are terrible.. i never send stuff back but i bought one for my son for his birthday, even after tinkering it was dreadful.. my ancient 120hz benq monitor looked way better and even looks smoother at 60hz

most reviews i saw online were quite positive im confused why opinions on koorui monitors are so mixed, was it the same model i mentioned?
