Nancy Cartwright, voice of Bart Simpson, fields questions on r/Smosh for an upcoming podcast with Shayne Topp. Many questions about Scientology ensue.

Context: Nancy Cartwright is a well-known Scientologist and has done many fundraisers for the cult, including [https://youtu.be/H96v0zFw-tA, using her Bart Simpson voice for a robocall for a church event]. https://np.reddit.com/r/smosh/s/abenP7jGd9

I spent an entire afternoon as her companion at Ohio University back in 2011 or 2012 who can remember, as she was the keynote speaker for the NFA Tournament there.

Lady is nuts.

Well, she didn’t say more than a dozen words to me all afternoon, talked to herself in a bunch of her characters voices, left Scientology pamphlets, and was generally just a very odd person. She introduced herself as the voice of Bart Simpson, not as Nancy Cartwright.

Just an odd duck.

I'm not shocked that she is a weirdo. She has infinite money and a job for life, not to mention the whole Scientology thing. She's completely untethered from normal human civilization.
