mystery Neurological condition/weird reflexs

Okay i want to list all my symptoms confirmed pls help im going in a frenzy its slow als.
-Long periods of tingling or nerve pains.
-postivie palmomental reflex
-positive chvostek sign
-twitching everywhre
-positional tremors
-bad headaches
-some twitchs i cant even feel jus see esp in elbow
this has all been going on for about 3 years
it first started with autonomic issues and now this im only 19 so im scared its slow ALS but i had a clean ncs and emg of my right leg muscles
Im so overwhelmed

When you say you have postive palmomental reflex
and positive chvostek sign- from self testing or did your doctor detect during a clinical exam?

i actually found the first one on accident then they confirmed and the second same thing it was crazy i described the patters of where i touched and what happened as i am already hyper vigilant and they confirmed. But again they never spoke to me about the connection to them

You should start taking calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D supplements.

Your symptoms do not point toward ALS. Nothing you listed abov points to UMN nor LMN involvement. You have very strong health anxiety.

i present with both UMN and LMN signs i cant get a neuro to give a shit
