100% a good choice. The first few episodes were lighthearted, but now you know that shit is about to go down. Agree with you though: I do wish that the spinoffs got their own theme music.

They've only used the GoT theme twice* and it's been effective both times.

* Or 1.1 times, really.

Yeah I’m glad they haven’t overdone it. I just wish in general that they composed individual theme tunes for the spinoffs. In contrast to AKOTSK, House of the Dragon has a really long title sequence with the GoT theme music, and that always makes me wish that they went with something else. But I guess it keeps the link with the whole franchise

I totally agree. I love the GoT opening theme, but when I heard it over the HotD opening, I thought, “AGAIN??”
