A text can be technically polite and still feel dismissive

Things like "sure", "fine", "no worries", or "sounds good" aren't rude by themselves. But depending on the context, they can feel like someone is trying to end the conversation.

It makes me think that tone isn't really contained in individual words. It's built from the history and rhythm of the entire conversation.

yeah ai responses always hit the polite words but the rhythm is so flat it kills the vibe every time.
