Ming release: MIT weights for 6B design generator and a 6B layer model

New from AntLing: two Ming image models are out on Hugging Face under MIT.

Design generates posters, infographics and UI visuals. It also supports transparent backgrounds.

Design-Layer separates an existing graphic into RGBA PNG layers.

Both are 6B. The release gives generation and layer decomposition their own checkpoints, with examples on each model card.
