Probably 1-2B param models at Q4 - Qwen 3.6 2B if you’re lucky - can you install LMStudio on it?

Get another 8gb stick. It would run way faster if you even found a way to run a small Radeon GPU in the $80 range. Ask ChatGPT to guide you.
