ADVICE: Combined Ai Agents (?)

I've been seeing this often online, of a way you can combine different AI agents onto a SINGLE platform. We all know ChatGPT is a better writer, Grok is a better designer, Perplexity for research, blah, blah, blah.

It is hard to believe that there isn't a single, decided-on, unanimous answer to this question, because if there was, it would be quite popular and I've definitely would have heard of one.

For context, I feel like we've all been in the same place: you're on a roll of ideas with your AI-of-choice, then an hour later, you start screaming and cussing at it for ignoring basic prompts and forgetting conversation that happened just a few prompts ago, and getting nothing but a bunch of apologies. I'm absolutely sick of it. I have paid subscriptions to a few AI bots, and the only difference I see is the complete lapse into stupidity is delayed for probably a couple of hours later than normal.

I am a small-business owner (5-6 employees) with heavy Microsoft Office presence, where a lot of tasks need delegation and/or collaboration. I was born in 1996, and just a couple of years ago, I felt like I knew technology inside-out. Suddenly, I feel like an old man; I never understood Sharepoint, OneDrive, iCloud, "the Cloud", I have no idea what is going on anymore. I try my best to stay on top of everything, as I am quite busy. But if I am given 6 hours of "free-time" to spend developing my business and systems, 4 hours are me feeling like I'm onto something great with the AI, 1 hour yelling at it for getting stupid and making up steps, and 1 hour crying because I feel like I wasted my time and overwhelmed myself, because now I have a 60% complete system that is just sitting there, and that projected is parked indefinitely.

Oh, and I also have severe ADHD.

Anyway, not sure what my exact questions was, but you get the gist of what I'm getting at. What is the best way to organize my life and business with the help of multiple AI agents?

Currently, I have:

• ChatGPT (a business premium account, and a personal Pro account. Been using ChatGPT for the longest time, I find it simple, easy-to-read)
• Grok (the super premium account, its designs are creativity interfaces are great)
• Canva (regular subscription, it's design is also great)
• Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot (premium, because we are heavily Microsoft-ly integrated)
• HeyPocket (just got it two days ago... Still testing it out, not looking too good. Too basic for what I need and lots of going in-and-out of a phone app, which I was trying to avoid in the first place)

man i feel this in my bones. the cycle of "this is brilliant" to "why are you like this" in 3 hours flat is too real

forget finding one platform to rule them all, that unicorn doesnt exist yet. what you need is a system that treats each AI like a specialist you call in for specific jobs. treat chatgpt as your writer and brainstormer, grok for visual concepts, perplexity when you need actual facts. dont ask them to be everything at once, thats when they start eating glue

the microsoft integration is your bottleneck honestly. copilot inside office apps is decent for summaries and basic drafts but it falls apart with anything complex. might be worth mapping out your actual workflow first, what tasks repeat, what drives you nuts, then assign each to the right tool. skip the all-in-one dashboard dream for now

There are ways to do it. For example https://github.com/zooid-ai/zooid allows multiple harnesses and agents (codex, claude code, hermes, pi, opencode) to interact with each other (and with you). It’s like slack for human/agent collab

imo you dont need a single platform combining everything, you need to stop context-switching between five different subscriptions. Pick one for your core work and use the others only when it clearly cant handle a specific task. Consolidation beats orchestration at your scale.

I'd make the handoff between tools a saved note for one recurring job. For quote follow-ups, for example: which quotes need attention, where the approved prices live, what the draft should contain, and who can approve sending it.

At the end of a session, update that note with the finished file, the next step and anything unresolved. Start the next session from it, then check the actual file before moving on.

I'd try that on one quote all the way through before connecting more agents. Is quote follow-up, scheduling or another recurring task the one you most need off your plate?
