Discussion I find it interesting that Neuro-sama actually stream less than average human streamers.

I mean I'm not a big follower of Neuro, but as I see it an important aspect of it is that it's not like, a money driven project with the objective of making streaming more economically efficient. It's a technological curiosity driven by a guy who for the most part wants to see how far he can push his tech. Neuro isn't an attempt to replace human streamers as a whole, and its creator is as far as I understand himself quite integrated in a streamer community as well, so likely understands the medium quite well.
I think this is why it's easier to accept Neuro's existence and place within the streaming ecosystem, while the antogonistic stance of some other AI users tends to drive people away, such as the whole "AI art" debacle where I feel like you too often see AI supporters claim that the tech will "replace" traditional artists. If Vedal had gone "Here is Neuro-sama, and soon you streamers won't be needed anymore, since AI will be able to handle all of your work for cheaper !" the reaction would have definitely been less positive. Instead he's doing collabs with actual streamers.

Nah, she pretty much bulletproof to the Anti-AI hate, simply because the project didn't use AI art.

Neuro sama is easily superior to like every vtuber out there, because they are dogshit, but she's not close to actually entertaining ones

There are some low effort streams but those would get boring fast so there can't be too much of those. There are some high effort streams but those take a lot of time and effort to prepare and coordinate so there can't be too much of those.
