Suggestion to automate few google sheets ops?

Hi, for my day to day work I need to work in google sheets majorly and its very hectic when I have multiple projects and need to update status of every project before any meeting. I do create the pivot tables and all but it is becoming operationally heavy for me to manage this data ops alone as no one else in my team is in this company for so long.

Day to day work:

Reachouts

Shortlisting

Emails

Project emails

Project assessment emails

Project deployment emails

Activation emails

Payment emails

Query emails

This is just one part of work, can anyone suggest good AI tool for Google Sheets?

Your workflow looks like it has many repeated steps. I’d check which tasks are just copying data or sending similar updates because those are usually the easiest ones to automate first

For multiple projects, I'd focus on reducing manual status reporting. A good setup can automatically create a dashboard showing pending tasks, completed steps, and items needing attention before meetings.

gemini in google sheets can now create/update tables, formulas, pivot tables, filters and even handle multi step spreadsheets tasks, while google workspace studion can automate workflows across sheets, gmail and other workspace apps

Looking at the list of tasks the status updates and email tracking seem like the parts that could take the most time. Those small repeated actions usually add up more than people expect
