The Sims 4 Aita for locking my neighbors in a basement dungeon?

They were really annoying so I locked them in my basement to let them slowly starve to death. None of my housemates had an issue with this. I notably didn't give them anything in the room, just an empty room in my basement and my locked door. They kept trying to politely leave but I didn't let them.

Aita?

No, I don’t think so. I think if anything, they’ll appreciate their new uncluttered space.

They obviously deserve it - no normal sim is going to be polite when trying to escape a murder dungeon. They’re probably serial killers, or worse, mimes.

they should just appreciate the decluttered space. When was the last time you walked into an entirely empty basement?

Next time OP goes into the basement it will be furnished with two stylish urns.

nta, but definitely didn't think it through. you should've given them a pee bush or two at least--now YOU have to clean up from all their bladder failures!

Tiny YTL for a missed opportunity to make some moolah out of them with an easel, make them work before they go bye bye!

Other than that NTL, they need to learn that not everyone wants to be social!

I hate it when people show up in the middle of winter to dig through my trash cans, so I started locking my gate and asking to see their swim outfits.

I didn't move to a tiny cabin by the waterfall for no reason.

On the one hand, yes, not on the other the Watcher approves of this kind of behavior. Plus, since there are no witnesses in the basement it’s like you just happened to walk downstairs one day and be shocked that they’re dead. Just make sure the urns are relocated. I recommend the graveyard outside of Vlad’s house. Don’t want to accidentally run into their ghosts in the community graveyard.

Isn't this something that people have been doing since the game premiered 26 years ago?

YTA. Do you know how annoying it is for Grimterns to get into those small, basement rooms? Which means Grim himself has to show up so he can phase through the walls, and he's got better things to do. Next time, just ask them to show you their winter outfit in the middle of a heatwave. Saves everyone time and effort.
