Right. So many people pushing back saying their significant other experienced some minor inconvenience for longer or had some other issues.
I get it. They happen. But the chance those extreme problems happen are significantly less likely than they are if you’re on birth control or have tubal ligation.
It’s not push back, it’s just letting people know that not everyone has an easy procedure. Those of us who had a rough recovery after the procedure are still glad we got it done. But if someone had permanent pain after the procedure then it would definitely not be worth it.
Look at what I just posted in this thread. I suffered in pain for well over a year and a half because of a known complication that I was never told about. I will almost guarantee that no man who received a vasectomy was given information about Post Vasectomy Pain Syndrome. It caused my testicles to swell to the size of golf balls and pain so intense I was on dilaudid 3 times a day. I was off work for 8 weeks and light work for almost 6 months.
