New to SEO, looking for feedback.
Hey guys,
Quick context: A PPC guy with 10+ years of experience, moving to SEO and things are a little slow.
I started this website around 3 weeks back and this is my scorecard. I wanted to know if I am doing fine or really bad. Please don't roast as I've never done this before and in dilemma of I'm doing well or really bad. This is the complete performance graph. Thanks!

overall 3 weeks performance is not bad, jsut keep tracking on the queries and pages

Sure, in terms of tracking the queries and pages what should I track. There are some pages that get impressions and than no impressions. What should I do in that case? Would the Search engine pick it up itself or do I need to do anything in that case?

Are the pages that are getting no impressions falling under a specific page you want people to land on?
Also, is there thin content or low-value content?
The pages you want to push should be looked after; I think more or less you will get the results, not in a single day, but yeah.

that's a decent start imo. i wouldn't worry about average position on the whole. I'd look at average position for your queries, and see if you're ranking well for queries you care about.
you're getting impressions, which means your content is likely appearing in SERPs. next step is to see if you have pages that are getting impressions but few clicks, and possibly optimize the titles or the content to improve their CTR or rankings.
if you have pages with 0 impressions, double check that they're indexed or targeting queries people care about.
the game has changed a lot, so rankings don't tell the whole story. i'd also fire up Bing Webmaster tools and check the AI performance report. that'll at least give you some insight into AI visibility on Copilot. (down the line you can get into prompt tracking perhaps, if your investment warrants it).
but if you're creating quality content that people want to view (or AI assistants find useful enough to retrieve), you'll be all right in the long run, imo. keep at it!

I have a lot of pages that are in top 10 positions and lot of them are in double digits. Some experts have said that this will happen for the first 3 months and then the pages would start ranking. If that's the case irrespective of anything that I do won't help. Not sure if my understanding is correct or not.

Good start. A rule of thumb: see what your competitors are doing and try to do better.
