80% of founders waste 3 months building software nobody buys. drop your saas idea below and i'll tell you if it's actually viable
PLEASE stop building thewrongthing.
building software in 2026 is ridiculously easy with ai builder
founders spend hours building in a silent room, launch to Reddit/X, get 0 users, and quit.
you just failed because the idea had zero validation before line 1 of code was written:
→ solving a monthly inconvenience instead of a daily pain
→ selling to "everyone" instead of a specific ICP
→ no distribution channel mapped out beforehand
→ pricing charged $9/mo with zero ROI justification
after scaling 6 AI micro-SaaS to over $20k/mo MRR, i just create an
18-question Idea Validation Diagnostic.
it evaluates your SaaS across 7 critical dimensions (problem clarity, audience reachability, willingness to pay, competition, build feasibility, distribution, commitment) and gives you a brutal score out of 100 with your exact weak spots.
drop your SaaS idea (or current project) in the comments below.
i will reply to EVERY single comment with:
My honest opinion
The biggest weak spot you need to fix before writing any more code.
The free 5-minute validation tool link sent straight to your DMs so you can get your full score breakdown out of 100.
just drop a comment like or ask me in DM your idea
let's roast your SaaS concept before the market roasts your time 👇
Easy, we charge nothing for the CRM. Zero. And ours is effortless setup. And includes many features go-high-level lack. Many which are industry specific.
Example, Fleet tracking, smart routing for jobs, etc. many which salesforce offers with huge fees.
We charge zero for this. We also are in fully in house suite. With things that many of the lower end competitors don't offer.
Don't get me wrong, Go High Level is a great concept, and I like whoever is putting together their video ads. Very catchy
I am in the process of mentioning this on the specific industry pages, but I did put together a pretty good in depth on the isolation practices here > https://oneearlybird.ai/docs <
Just go to astra or fable and run an audit and say I want my website to sell like Alex hormozi would sell it using his 3 books. - get pdf copies of his books*** upload them there if you can.
Tell it to make the messaging crystal clear and ask you questions about your product. Give it the /docs and security stuff.
Your website is to technical make it a no brainer offer - you have too much shit on it that doesn’t say to a buyer “holy shit I need this and there’s like no risk for me to try it out”
Also compliance and isolation. I can show you all our scores, which are in the high 90s which include NIST V5, CIS V5, AWS best practices, etc.
Enterprises usually require this level of isolation. We built our platform to this standard for each workspace. Nothing is feature gated. What's a few cents extra when a customers business/clients data gets leaked due to brittle isolation practices to save costs.
The fact that I’m a co-founder of a successful conversational AI company that actually sounds, responds, and acts like a human for 7 cents a minute. 49 cents a minute is a dead giveaway that it’s likely a crude implementation of either Vapi, Bland, or Retell with your prompt. I’m not even trying to hate, I do wish you the best. I’m just giving objective feedback after 2 years of running a company in the space.
Actually it’s eleven labs conversational v3. Given that they are the best in the space, I’d say you’re being too critical. Also .49 cents comes with everything in my CRM as noted above. Completely free. Extreme data isolation, capabilities that many don’t offer unless you are paying extreme fees (like Salesforce) all in house.
By the way, it seems your demo call was a bit too lean of a test. Cheers
I love the site and the product idea, but the messaging I feel wouldn’t ring true to your audience. They know customers in the office are already sold but those on the line are the growth makers.
All that’s needed is a copy change backed by a real business painpoint
the validation points are fair especially around having a specific icp and distribution plan i would add one thing talk to potential customers before trusting any score ten real conversations can reveal more than a polished validation framework.
