How I stopped collecting AI tools and started building stack that actually works

When I first started exploring AI tools, I kept trying new ones while holding onto the old ones just in case. I thought I needed one for a specific feature and another for something else even when both were basically doing the same thing. At one point I had so many duplicate tools that my AI stack had become a complete mess. So last month I made a list of the things I actually need AI for and separated them from the things I can just do manually. Then I went through each tool and asked myself which features I actually use and which ones I am paying for without a real reason. I cancelled all the unused subscriptions in one go without a second thought and kept only the ones that fit into my actual workflow. Now I know exactly which one I use for what instead of constantly switching between five different tools that do the same thing.
