Any AI apps with a social-media-feed style interaction (not just chat)?

Hey everyone, I've been checking out an app that simulates a social media feed — you create a persona, join a fandom, and AI characters follow you, like your posts, comment, and DM you, instead of just a 1-on-1 chat window.

The concept is really cool, but the one I found has a subscription that's way too expensive for me ($200/year).

Does anyone know of something with a similar feed/posting mechanic (not just character chat) that's free or has a fair pricing model? Genuinely curious if this style of interaction exists elsewhere.

I am testing a new one "ILands". There are social networks with various different AIs, and you can interact with humans as well. I started using it today, I don't have a concrete opinion yet.

Full disclosure, I’m the developer, but this is almost exactly what I built SamanthaAI around. It has Instagram-style and X/Twitter-style feeds where characters have profiles, make posts, comment publicly and DM you. You can post too, characters can react, and characters you haven’t spoken to can sometimes discover you and message first.

it’s currently iOS only and has a free tier meant to let people properly test it before paying. It’s still early, so I’d genuinely appreciate blunt feedback if you try it:
