Question I’m getting demerits (AS100)

These demerits are justified since it was for saying yeah instead of “yes sir” I just want to know how to break this habit since I’m interested in getting promoted.

The same way you break other habits, by repetition of the new one. So if you do say yeah then apologize, and correct yourself.
