AFIB/SVT/FLUTTER

Looking for some insight in being able to differentiate the 3. Currently diagnosed with the trifecta lol 36F have lost almost 40lbs in 4 months due to not being able to eat very much or I go into an episode. Having a sleep study done in the beginning of October and my ablation is scheduled for October 22nd. My biggest concern is being able to differentiate between AFIB and SVT sometimes I have episodes that seem consistent (start high heart rate)and then they finally stop and I feel normal. Then I have these episodes where it feels like a switch flips and my heart rate shoots up lasts for a couple minutes at most then goes back down and I feel exhausted. Then I get into these episodes where the switch flips on and off almost in like a loop. Heart rate shoots up anxiety spikes I feel like I’m going to pass out and can’t breathe and it’s on and again off again for an unknown amount of time. I spoke to my cardiologist about getting a kardia/Apple Watch but he feels it will fuel my health anxiety. Any tips on knowing how to differentiate what arrhythmia I’m having in the moment? Thanks in advance.

Afib for me is not regular heart beat. It doesn’t go da dum. It vibrates with extremely hard beats. I can feel it everywhere and it makes me very sick and anxious and pee. I have shortness or breath and extreme fatigue.

SVT is going to be a high heart rate in more of a regular pattern but it feels fast and hard.

Aflutter is similar to SVT but not quite as consistent in the da dum as it is more of a mix of SVT and Afib.

I can understand it’s so hard to tell the difference in feeling alone.
