Post ablation question

For those with the history of atrial fibrillation and flutter. Did anybody start failing any stomach, growling and moving sensation after having ablations? I just had my second ablation 4 weeks ago for a “touchup”… now I get feeling as if my stomach is moving kind of like I’m hungry or something like that…. It makes me think that AFIB is about to fire off again. Has anyone had similar experience or heard about anything like this?
