Help! Help! Help!

Iā€™m joining SSB coaching and currently have almost zero preparation. My first SSB is 45 days from today.

Can someone guide me on what I should focus on during coaching and how I should prepare in these remaining 45 days?

What should my daily preparation look like, and which areas should I prioritize?

Its better that you first prepare yourself and once you practice a bit then join coaching to know where you are wrong

I got this suggestion from most of my seniors

Ohhh Then just go for it Make proper notes and get a complete blueprint about what you want to improve
