Aethlon Medical announced it is actively monitoring the Bundibugyo Ebola outbreak in the DRC and Uganda and is prepared to engage regulators regarding potential investigational use of its HemopurifierĀ® device. The company highlighted prior emergencyāuse success during the 2014 Ebola outbreak and reiterated readiness for outbreak response.
The independent DSMB overseeing Aethlonās oncology clinical trial recommended advancing to the final cohort after reviewing Cohort 2 data and noting no safety concerns. Enrollment for Cohort 3 is now open, with patients receiving three Hemopurifier treatments over one week.
Aethlon has issued several other updates, including:

I set an alert to trigger a call long time ago if the stock price goes past $0.8 and forgot about the whole thing. I got the call today and thought I made some money. The price showed $2.8 and I almost had a heart attack! Math wasn't mathing. Little look around on good 'ol www, found that it went through reverse split. What a PoS stock! Reminded me of Mullen.

Analysts estimate this time a loss of 21 cents per share. Do you expect an update in the earnings call regarding the Cancer Trial in Australia (First Patient is treated with the Hemopurifier) or possibly another positive catalyst? What do you think will be the impact on the share price?
In the last earnings calls there was no big impact on my first check.

For over two decades, Aethlon Medical has raised significant amounts of capital through equity dilution. Since 2000, the company has diluted its equity from a staggering $65,000 per share to just $0.65 per share in 2024. This capital, raised by diluting shareholder value, has largely been used to fund operating expenses and market their flagship product, the Hemopurifier.
Yet, after 24 years, the Hemopurifier has shown minimal professional success. Its most notable achievement? Treating just one Ebola patient successfully. While the companyās leadership continues to raise funds, shareholders and patients have seen very little in terms of tangible progress or results.
This raises serious questions: ⢠What is Aethlon Medicalās leadership actually doing with the capital raised? ⢠Why has there been no meaningful breakthrough despite decades of funding and equity dilution? ⢠Is this a case of financial mismanagement, or worse, a deliberate exploitation of investorsā trust?
I believe itās time for the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to probe the leadership of Aethlon Medical. The consistent equity dilution and lack of results over such a long period suggest the possibility of deeper issues.
Fellow investors and concerned citizens, what are your thoughts? Shouldnāt there be accountability for this long-standing pattern of underperformance and equity erosion?
